Embracing Watertown

I am full of gratitude for this bouquet of flowers from the yoga students tonight! It was our last class at the Watertown Center for Healing Arts, after starting in June 2014. Tonight we shared laughter and good company, in the midst of moments of stillness and simple peace. You have all grown in your practice, and it is a privilege to see the human body in action, the mind in stillness, and the heart in full bloom.

I send you all many warm embraces, and thank you for sharing these moments. Teaching yoga to you as a group is rejuvenating and always a reminder of true happiness.

As always, may the light within me see the light within you.
